All goods we stock are inspected on receipt from our suppliers and again before we ship to you. We pay express shippers extra to insure all our shipments fully.

Returns and Exchanges

Return the item within 10 days carefully packed with original wrappings and in new, unused and sealeable condition, for exchange, credit or refund. Returned items will incur a 10% restock fee. The item must be returned to us, and undamaged, within ten days of the shipping date. Returns received between 10 and 30 days after original ship date will be subject to a restock fee of 50%. All you have to do is make sure you wrap it securely, prepay and insure that item, then send it back. Shipping and handling on return merchandise is non-refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Painted parts are not refundable. All items must be returned in PERFECT and SEALED condition if you really want to refund.

ALL ITEMS ARE SENT IN PERFECT CONDITION. YOU MUST MAKE A CLAIM WITH EXPRESS SHIPPERS BEFORE A PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED.

No guarantee on the products of improper use. Customer should read the instructions carefully before using the product. if you find damage or problems with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours for immediate action.

You are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during return, so we suggest that you insure the item for your security. It is not uncommon for mass produced products under Rp.500.000 to have minor imperfections. You can resolve most of these problems yourself with careful use of a little polish.

Back Orders

If an item you order is temporarily out of stock, we will advise you in the email that the arrival of next shipment. We never charge for items we are unable to ship.
